My name is Oyvind Solstad, and this is my personal website. I have also have a Norwegian website at oyvindsolstad.no. In Norwegian, my name is spelled Øyvind Solstad.
Work
I work as head of social media and user involvement at VG, the leading newspaper and website in Norway. All views expressed on this site are my own, and not necessarily those of VG.
Until April 2010, I worked as a technology advisor at NRK – Norwegian Broadcasting and I was the editor of NRK’s technology blog NRKbeta.no. From 2010 to 2012 I worked as a communications advisor on digital media at Carat in Oslo, Norway.

Personal
I live in Oslo, Norway and am the father of two children. Some things that make me happy: My music, hot showers, thai/indian/chinese/italian food, wine, nice people, reading books, photography, kayaking, running, sleeping, dreaming. If I can’t be creative, I might as well check out right now.
